This afternoon I was feeling quite sore and fatigued so I decided to do a short yoga practice from my bed. You can pause this whenever you like and spend as long as you like exploring each movement and noticing how your own body feels. Remember the small movements count just as much as the large ones for encouraging lymphatic flow and circulation into the extremities. Namaste!
